+ WHO NEEDS A TICKET?

This event is aimed at younger children aged 0-14 and tickets are required for all in this age group.Adults accompanying children are free and do not require a ticket.

+ WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Children go guising around our four wee houses. Meeting the characters and telling them a joke in exchange for a sweet or small gift. They will meet a witch (friendly) who will tell a story and then they get to pick a pumpkin from our pumpkin patch. Additional extras such as roasted marshmallows or extra pumpkins are available for an extra charge.

+ WHAT TO WEAR?

It would be great if the kids come in fancy dress but no pressure. It might get muddy though so bring wellies!

+ I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS

You can download your tickets fromg the MY ACCOUNT area. Login using the email you booked your tickets with. If you can’t remember your password click the FORGOT PASSWORD link to reset it

+ I WANT TO CHANGE THE DATE/TIME OF MY BOOKING

Please rebook your tickets and we will refund you original booking. When you contact us please state both order numbers.

Friday 13th October to Friday 20th October from 11am to 4pm each day

+ DO I HAVE TO PRE-BOOK?

Yes all tickets must be prebooked online. No tickets will be sold at Mugdock Country Park

+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

To enjoy the full event including guising, story telling and picking a pumpkin will take around 45 minutes to an hour.

+ HOW DO I PAY FOR ITEMS AT THE EVENT?

Our preferred method of payment is by card or contactless of which we have this facility, but the signal can be a bit patchy so we’d advise you to bring cash for any additional purchases at the event.

+ CAR PARKING INFORMATION

Please use the  overflow car park. Follow instructions from our parking marshals.  Parking is free.

+ CAN I BUY FOOD OR DRINK ON SITE?

There are two popular cafes selling a variety of snacks, drinks and light meals in the visitor centre.

+ IS THE SITE SUITABLE FOR BUGGIES AND WHEELCHAIRS?

The event takes place in natural woodland so terrain in places can be challenging.

+ ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs into the event site.

+ ARE HANDWASHING FACILITIES AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Yes – within the courtyard toilet facilities
